In this world there's two kinds of people, my friend: Those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig.

Hey Pez! What where the Cromos? I guess it's a product - candy, smokes, cornflakes - with which you got these cards to collect. I'm curios!
They're a kind of trading cards but not connected with a product. They're sold "alone" for children. Now it's a hobby almost disappeared here in Spain, except the football collections.
Aha! I see. I have no idea if it's abig thing here in Sweden nowadays. I think it was big, and big business, in the 90s though. Sports and Pokemon I guess. When I was a kid in the 70s it wasn't a manic thing as I recall but we had a lot of these small ones - probably about 7 x 5 cm. And they could have anything on them. Idols,(mostly international)symbols like smileys and hearts and movie stuff etc. I remember getting a bunch of larger American Star Wars cards which probably would be worth something today. I wish I still had my cards... sob sob!
Thanks for the post, I will probably steal it ;)
I'm (much) older than you, but I remember that in my childhood days, in the 60s, the collections were about a big bunch of themes too.
Many thanks to you for sharing your memories. And you don't steal, this is, of course, your home.
